TANK REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT
We can repair or remove your existing aboveground tank, procure the necessary permits, and install a new tank that is up to code (with proper pipe sizing to reduce the chances of a spill.)
We install 275 or 330 gallon tanks in basements. Outdoor tanks are discouraged, but if a home doesn't have a basement, we can install an outdoor tank. Note: In CT, it is illegal to install oil tanks in garages or utility rooms unless the tank is located five feet from electrical systems.
We can also put in two side-by-side tanks to increase capacity and give you the option of buying more oil when prices are lower.
InGROUND TANKS
Many homeowners and buyers do not want the liability of an existing inground tank. If you have an inground tank that needs to be removed, we can connect you with our sister company, J. Booth Construction. They can excavate your old tank, work with you to address any historical leakage, and return your site to its original condition.
