DELIVERY OPTIONS
- Automatic Delivery: We calculate when your next delivery is needed based on past usage, the size and age of your house, furnace/boiler, tank size, and temperatures. This approach also allows us to save fuel by coordinating deliveries, which helps lower costs.
- Will Call: You keep track of your oil usage, and call when you need your tank filled. There is a 100 gallon minimum. Keep in mind that this approach costs you more (see discounts), and has an increased risk of running out of oil, since some tanks have an inaccurate gauge. If you call the day before a snowstorm, we can not guarantee we will get to you right away.
- Schedule: You can establish a set, periodic delivery schedule - e.g., once a month.
TODAY'S PRICE
Oil prices have been fluctuating quite a bit. Call 860.779.2222 for today's price on heating oil.
Unfortunately, high prices have forced changes in oil suppliers' terms. Hometown Heating, LLC is resopnsible for paying suppliers for your oil JUST TEN DAYS after delivery to you. Thus, Hometown Heating, LLC's terms are now seven (7) days from delivery to receive the 10¢ per gallon discount cash price to anyone NOT on the Budget Plan. Full terms are Net 30 days or a zero balance before your next delivery. Any customer who goes beyond these terms will be P.O.D. until the end of the heating season.
We currently do not offer a price protection (fixed price) plan. However, check out our budget plan! Thank you for your continued patronage and the opportunity to allow us to keep your family warm this winter.
BUDGET PLAN
We offer a convenient budget payment plan that that spreads your payments out equally over an eleven month period, from August through June. Sign up is in August of each year.
This plan offers the best price on heating oil - a 15¢ discount per gallon, as long as payments are current. Please call the office to make arrangements to receive your budget coupons: 860.779.2222. You can also leave your credit card on file with us. Read more about the current plan and estimated payments.
- Budget payments are due by the 15th of each month.
- Your account must have a zero balance to enroll.

- Hometown Heating LLC reserves the right to remove any customer from the Budget Plan if payment terms are not met.

PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay by cash, check, via electronic banking, or by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and can set you up for automatic payments.
